Dry Rooms
ACH Solutions is a leading dry room manufacturer in Canada, delivering precision low-humidity controlled environments for lithium battery manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, pharmaceutical processing, and aerospace assembly across Canada and the USA.
A dry room — also called a low-humidity room, dew point room, or dry cleanroom — is a controlled environment where relative humidity (RH) is maintained at extremely low levels, typically below 1% RH or to a specific dew point as low as −65°C. Unlike standard HVAC conditioning, industrial dry rooms require dedicated desiccant dehumidification technology, vapour-sealed construction, and precision control systems that maintain set points continuously under full production load.
In lithium battery manufacturing, moisture causes electrolyte degradation, thermal runaway risk, and reduced cell capacity. In semiconductor dry rooms, uncontrolled humidity leads to yield loss and corrosion. In pharmaceutical dry rooms, hygroscopic APIs absorb moisture and fail specification.
As a dedicated dry room manufacturer in Ontario, ACH Solutions delivers complete dry room construction and IQ/OQ/PQ validation across Canada and the United States — from engineering and in-house fabrication through to qualified handover.

Moisture load analysis first. Then we design the dry room.
Every ACH dry room design begins with a complete moisture load analysis. We calculate occupancy moisture generation, process moisture loads, envelope infiltration rates, and airlock ingress — establishing the true dehumidification duty before selecting a single piece of equipment. This prevents the most common dry room failure: an undersized system that cannot hold dew point under real production conditions.
We then specify and install the full system: rotary desiccant dehumidification with regeneration circuits, vapour-sealed modular panel construction, pressure-cascade airlock management, precision temperature control, and BMS monitoring in real time. For regulated industries, documentation is structured from day one for IQ/OQ/PQ qualification.
Six core capabilities in every dry room project.
Where dry rooms are non-negotiable.
ACH Solutions builds industrial dry rooms across Canada and the United States for every sector where moisture control is critical to product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. If your process requires a dew point below −10°C, standard HVAC conditioning will not meet the requirement.
From dew point specification to validated handover.
Every ACH dry room project follows a structured six-step process. Engineering is never rushed — construction never starts before the humidity control strategy is fully resolved.
Your dew point requirement might be different. Our engineering handles that.
