Biotech Vaccine Facility

This client required a Biotechnology Vaccine Facility under ISO 6 Classifications. The facility included several airlocks (MAL & PAL, materials), personnel workflow patterns, FFU units with remote controlling capability, positive/negative pressure gradients, environmental monitoring, door interlocking, and low level wall returns to plenum. The facility was completed to GMP grading with heavy-duty panels for the wall system and a flush finish. The construction timeline was 2 months from start to end.
