Pharmaceutical Training Cleanroom

One of the larger pharmaceutical companies in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) wanted to develop a pharmaceutical process training cleanroom for employees. The training center would demonstrate and train workers on the company's expectation for manufacturing their product, and would represent the pharmaceutical facility, utility and process.

ACH provided Design to Build support for establishing this training center. The setup was for an ISO 7 class cleanroom, with GI powder-coated, insulated panels infilled with rockwool. The training room was completed with an anteroom, automatic door operators, HEPA filters and other accessories to meet the GMP class expectations.
